The tuning appointment fee is $125 for McKean and Cattaraugus Counties, and $135 for neighboring counties.

The tuning appointment fee includes an initial coarse tuning (“pitch raise”), some time for repair work or regulation, a fine tuning, and testing. A typical appointment lasts about two hours. The fees for more substantial repair work or regulation can be quoted once a piano is inspected, typically during a tuning appointment.

We work with traditional materials as much as is possible, including traditional glues and lubricants. In particular, we are committed to not using organofluorines (PFAS, Teflon, etc.) for any purpose while servicing pianos.
